Job summary

Senior Helpers of Sarasota/Bradenton is seeking a Client Services Support to join our in-home care team. You will organize client files, coordinate scheduling, and maintain accurate records in WellSky while supporting caregivers and families.

This salaried role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, a competitive salary range of $45,000–$50,000, paid holidays, PTO, and an optional health insurance stipend. Growth opportunities exist within the client services team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable on a laptop and tech-savvy; proficient with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit client files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Respond promptly to client, family, and prospect inquiries and log new leads in WellSky.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and coordinate scheduling.
• Communicate updates to caregivers and manage care plan information.
• Assist with scheduling coordination and logging in WellSky.
• Maintain accurate WellSky client records including bill rates.
• Uphold customer service standards in all interactions.
• Support higher-level client services tasks when needed.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
