Job summary

Senior Helpers of Sarasota/Bradenton is seeking a Client Services Manager to build referral partnerships and oversee day-to-day client services, from intake to care plan development and caregiver coordination. The ideal candidate has an established referral network in senior care, or strong relationship-building skills to build one from scratch.

You will manage client intake, assessments, and care plans, coordinate caregivers, and collaborate with the Client Services Director to ensure a smooth

Qualifications

• Established referral network in senior care/healthcare preferred
• Strong relationship-building and initiative to build a referral network
• Experience in home care, senior living, or healthcare is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft 365; WellSky experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, and senior communities
• Represent Senior Helpers at community events and professional groups
• Track outreach activity and report on business development progress
• Guide new client inquiries through intake and LifeProfiles as needed
• Develop and maintain client care plans and log them in WellSky
• Maintain client records, including bill rates, in WellSky
• Coordinate with caregivers and care team for seamless service start
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support
