Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7/66 or Series 63/65 as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support for FA/PWA/team and cultivate client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA request.
• Answer non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
• Assist with onboarding digital tools and related marketing tasks.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and expense reports.
• Maintain awareness of policies and participate in trainings.
