Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Client Services Associate to support Financial Advisors by handling account openings, maintenance, and a wide range of administrative tasks. You will assist with inquiries, prepare documents, and ensure compliance with procedures.

The role emphasizes clerical efficiency, customer service excellence, and teamwork within a branch setting in Florida. Prior experience in an investment environment is helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years clerical/related industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic clerical procedures.
• Knowledge of the investment brokerage industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain client accounts and records for one or more Financial Advisors.
• Perform administrative support duties: word processing, mailings, filing, answering phones, and preparing communications.
• Obtain approvals for financial advisor communications and advertisements.
• Provide overall customer service support to clients; may enter trades as directed by the advisor.
• Provide reports and other information to Financial Advisors when requested.
• Identify situations needing escalation to the Financial Advisor or Branch Manager.
