Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Active FINRA licenses: Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products.

Responsabilidades

• Support the FA team by cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions on client or FA request.
• Answer general non-investment questions about accounts.
• Enter profile data and pre-fill account documentation.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts.
• Provide clients with details on their accounts.
• Process unsolicited or solicited orders in a clerical capacity.
• Support FAs' marketing efforts, e.g., website updates.
• Assist with the business plan and client service model.
• Stay current on policies and platforms.
• Participate in training and local projects.
