Qualifications

• Proven ability to build client relationships with excellent communication and problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, including semi-advanced math.
• Preference for SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses; otherwise pass tests within 120 days.
• High school graduate; post-secondary education preferred.
• Solid MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills; eager to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service handling client requests.
• Review and process account documents and transactions.
• Assist in crafting comprehensive financial plans.
• Assist in client communications and events.
• Facilitate transfers of funds and securities.
• Seek to streamline processes.
• Provide general support (phone, correspondence, appointments, filing).
• Adhere to branch and compliance policies.
