Job summary

Morgan Stanley is looking for Client Service Associates in Menlo Park, California to modernize the client experience through excellent service. You will cultivate and enhance client relationships, process their requests, and work closely with Financial Advisors to support their business plans.

Qualifications

• Currently hold or willingness to obtain SIE, Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65)
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships
• Process client requests and resolve inquiries
• Onboard and maintain client accounts
• Work alongside Financial Advisors to develop business plans
• Provide administrative support for Financial Advisors

Skills

Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills

Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Goal-oriented, self-motivated and results driven

Education

High School Diploma/Equivalency

College degree preferred
