We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Services Associate to join our Financial Services Client. In this role, you'll be the first line of support for clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service across a wide range of inquiries. You’ll contribute directly to client satisfaction while supporting the evolution of our service delivery through collaboration and process improvement.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client inquiries, delivering a responsive, high-quality experience
• Resolve routine inquiries and issues within defined service levels, escalating urgent matters to senior service officers as needed
• Support productivity goals and service benchmarks by managing time and priorities effectively
• Participate in internal projects and provide input on service transformation initiatives
• Complete structured training, certifications, and learning journeys, building proficiency in internal tools, systems, and service standards
• Acquire a working knowledge of Treasury Services products and operational workflows to ensure effective client support

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of professional/Internship experience, ideally in client services, banking operations, or payments
• Self-motivated, client-focused, and results-driven
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

• FX and/or payments experience
• Previous work experience in a banking or financial services environment
• Experience in customer/client support roles
