Job summary

Berger Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our Central Services Team. Located in the U.S., this role offers the opportunity to grow alongside motivated peers while supporting clients, advisors, and internal operations.

You will prepare new account documentation, maintain client files with discretion, learn our financial processes, and assist with special projects. A Finance-related degree and readiness to pursue the S65 certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Willingness to obtain S65 certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills with finance tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to cross-train in multiple departments.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Preparing essential account applications, including new account setup, asset transfers, and more, while maintaining regular communication with clients and advisors.


• Meticulously managing and organizing client documentation within our systems.


• Handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.


• Developing a strong understanding of the financial world and our unique process.


• Providing support for special projects and research when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar.


• A willingness to obtain the S65 certification.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for maintaining strong, professional client relationships.


• Strong computer skills to navigate the latest financial tools and technology.
