The primary objective is to build personal relationships with existing clients and guide them in achieving their financial goals. While a previous client base is not required, it can be a factor in compensation.

Salary Range

The pay range for this role is:

• 75,000 - 250,000 USD per year(Plymouth, MN - HQ)
• 75,000 - 250,000 USD per year(Springfield, IL)
• 75,000 - 250,000 USD per year(Sun City West, AZ)
• 75,000 - 250,000 USD per year(Burlington, VT)
