Base pay range

$42,000.00/yr - $48,000.00/yr

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Client Services Associate to support one of our financial services clients. This is a contract-to-hire role offering a long-term career path for a motivated and service-oriented professional with a strong background in finance, banking, mortgage, or related industries.

Important Requirements (Background Screening & Compliance):

  • Have a background in finance, banking, mortgage, insurance or a similar financial services field.
  • Successfully pass a criminal background and credit check.
  • Cannot have large delinquent accounts, recent bankruptcies, or unresolved financial judgments.
  • Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Position Summary:

As a Client Services Associate, you will partner directly with a financial advisor to ensure timely processing of client documents, deliver high-level customer support, and uphold strict confidentiality. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, produce, and process client paperwork for advisor review.
  • Submit documentation to external companies and follow through on pending items.
  • Track advisor tasks and assist with daily workflow.
  • Maintain accurate client information in internal systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by phone and email.

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional background in finance, banking, mortgage, insurance, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Life & Health Insurance License preferred (not required).
