Job summary

The Korte Company in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Client Services Assistant to support the planning, coordination, estimating, and execution of maintenance, repair, and special services projects while ensuring exceptional client service.

You will collaborate with the Client Services Manager and Project Managers on planning and estimating, and may supervise on-site work, coordinating with subcontractors and owners to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include drywall hanging/patching, metal stud framing, minor plumbing, basic electrical and general handyman repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, and to communicate with clients and vendors.
• Experience supervising projects and performing estimating and cost-analysis.
• Maintenance, repair, or handyman experience is relevant for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Client Services Manager with estimating, owner walk-throughs, planning, and coordination.
• Serve as onsite supervisor for assigned projects when needed.
• Complete maintenance projects listed on small projects and punch lists.
• Document progress and update completion schedules, input estimating figures in documents.
• Operate common small hand and power tools safely.
• Determine required materials and coordinate with subcontractors and owners.
• Assist with callbacks, warranties, or emergencies (possible after hours).

CLIENT SERVICES ASSISTANT

The Korte Company is seeking a Client Services Assistant to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This position will collaborate with the Client Services Manager and Project Managers to support the planning, coordination, estimating, and execution of maintenance, repair, and special services projects while ensuring exceptional service to our clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist the Client Services Manager with estimating, owner job walks, project planning, and general project coordination.
• Serve as the onsite supervisor for assigned projects when needed.
• Completion of necessary maintenance projects as included on small project & punch list.
• Document progress and update the schedule of completion, input general information along with estimating figures into an iPad or computer documents.
• Ability to properly operate all small hand & power tools (table saw, chop s aw, drills, etc.)
• Ability to determine required project materials and equipment, working with subcontractors & owners.
• Assist with callbacks/warranties or emergencies (possibly after hours).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The characteristics listed below are representative of what is needed to perform this job successfully.

• Basic working knowledge of hanging & patching drywall, metal stud framing, minor plumbing, minor knowledge of electrical and general handyman repair skills.
• Ability to work independently & with team employees.
• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Computer knowledge in sending emails, using estimating software,and iPaduse.
• Ability to p prioritize and multi-task within time constraints.
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members
• Valid driver's license, background check, and MVR check required.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE

Qualified applicants will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience supervising projects
• Estimating and cost-analysis experience
• Maintenance, repair, or handyman experience

• Outside weather conditions, such as extreme heat and extreme cold
• Moderate to loud noise levels
