Responsibilities
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare underwriting models for management clients.
- Collaborates with Client Services to engage clients through acquisition pursuits.
- Meets with prospective buyers to foster interest in Greystar’s management services.
- Assists developers with development underwriting using market comps and feasibility data.
- Supports responses to RFPs with Client Services, operations and marketing.
- Performs market surveys for due diligence and audit roll-ups.
