Granite Harbor Advisors is seeking a Client Service Advisor in Houston to handle day-to-day client account management, onboarding, and ongoing service requests. You will work with custodians and carriers, prepare paperwork, and ensure smooth account transitions and maintenance within our CRM systems.

The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and collaboration across internal teams to deliver high-quality client service and timely updates to clients and advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in business, finance, or economics.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, portfolio management, and document management software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prepare for client review meetings.
• Initiate and field client service calls.
• Work closely with custodians and insurance carriers to process client service requests.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork for advisory accounts, financial plans, insurance policies, and annuity policies.
• Manage underwriting for new insurance policies including ordering medical records and status updates with carriers.
