DAC in Chicago is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key accounts in the digital media landscape. You will manage client relationships, oversee campaign strategies, and collaborate with diverse teams to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years in client services, with a strong background in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. This role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies.

This role is for a strategic, client-focused Account Director to lead key accounts within the digital media landscape, including paid media, SEO, content marketing strategy, social media, analytics, web and application development. This role will be responsible for fostering client relationships, overseeing the creation and implementation of key strategies and campaigns, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver strong business growth. You will serve as the bridge between client and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, creative thinking and presentation building, measurable program success, and relationship and program growth, internally and externally with clients.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC’s total compensation package for employees.
