Responsibilities

• Supervises tellers and ensures professional customer interactions.
• Performs daily branch balancing and vault transactions.
• Handles deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, money orders, and official checks.
• Opens and closes accounts and assists clients with requests and inquiries.
• May provide Notary Public services and acts as safe deposit box attendant.
• Supports staffing schedules and branch training; maintains professional environment.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers clients to additional bank services.
