Job summary

Connect Pediatrics in Texas is seeking a results‑driven Operations Coordinator to support private duty nursing services for medically fragile children. You will help manage nurse and client relationships, optimize schedules, and contribute to cost containment while ensuring high quality care.

Collaborate with the clinical management team, recruit qualified nurses, and ensure compliance with laws. Join a growing team recognized by Inc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Supports all operations aspects of private duty nursing services to medically fragile children.
