At Help at Home, our IDD Client Service Supervisors work with the client and their team to develop and implement a Person-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP). The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, maintaining client records, and ongoing communication with the client and their team.
NO ON CALL, NO 24-HOUR AVAILABILITY NECESSARY!
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM but work hours for this role will vary to support client needs.
