Job summary

Integrated Capital Management (ICM) is seeking a highly organized Client Service Specialist to join our team in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. This full‑time role (40 hours/week) is not a sales position and focuses on client service excellence and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include onboarding client accounts, supporting advisors, maintaining records in Redtail/eMoney/Orion, and assisting with trading workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting/finance/economics preferred.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in financial planning or insurance is preferred but not required.

• Open and onboard new client accounts through custodians (Schwab and Pershing) using DocuSign.
• Support advisors with meeting preparation, follow‑up, and client correspondence.
• Maintain and update client records in CRM and performance reporting systems (Redtail, eMoney, Orion).
• Assist with single and block trading using Schwab, Orion, and Eclipse trading platforms.
• Gather and prepare investment reports for the Investment Committee using Morningstar.
• Add to our online marketing efforts including LinkedIn and related initiatives.
• Provide compliance support including ADV filings, SLOAs, and audits.
• Track and process daily workflow to ensure seamless client service delivery.
• Contribute to a professional, positive office culture.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Client Service Specialists to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or advance a career in financial services in a professional, client‑focused environment.

This is a full‑time position (40 hours/week). This is not a sales role.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Base salary plus bonus: $60,000–$100,000 depending on experience
