Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, resolving outstanding issues and responding to inquiries.
• Writes job tickets to capture client brand rules, specifications, design requirements, materials, quantities, delivery, and timelines.
• Monitors production, attends daily meetings, communicates concerns, and proactively seeks solutions.
• Completes monthly billing for all managed jobs.
• Champions new technologies, collaborations, and improved processes to adopt best practices.
• Learns and uses our customer interface system and related applications.

Our talented Customer Service team is now hiring a Client Service Specialist to support our client projects and be the primary coordinator of all details, schedules, planning and project completion. The position requires the ability to multi-task and coordinate many details into one concise work order/job ticket within a busy production environment. In this role, you will be empowered (and expected) to recommend new ideas and perspectives and utlize technology improvements (AI) that allow us to continue to evolve internal processes and our approach to servicing customer accounts.

Position expectations:

• Serves as primary point of contact for internal and external clients resolving outstanding issues, complying with customer requests and responding to client inquiries.
• Writes job tickets to ensure production team has all information to ensure success: identify client brand rules, job specifications, design requirements, material, quality, quantity, delivery requirements and timeline.
• Monitors production process, attends daily production meetings, communicates concerns and proactively seeks solutions.
• Completes monthly billing for all managed jobs.
• Champions new technologies, collaborations, and improved processes to implement best practices.
• Fluent in using a computer/email, Microsoft suite, and learning new applications/platforms. Heavy focus on being able to learn and use our specific customer interface system.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Familiarity with the print industry is highly preferred, experience within a manufacturing, production and distribution environment is strongly preferred.
• Some previous experience in a customer facing environment.
• 2 or more years' experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; College degree focused on Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
