Job summary

Holmes Murphy & Associates in Waukee, IA is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join the Select team. You will handle certificates, invoicing accuracy, policy changes, and client audits, delivering a high-quality client experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (college degree preferred), 0–1 year of admin or customer service experience, and the ability to obtain a Property Casualty license within three months of hire.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 0–1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Licensing: Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
• Technical: Understand and apply insurance principles to advise clients on risk transfer, financial elements, and business transactions.
