Hydrasearch is seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to join our Stevensville, MD engineering team. You will create and maintain detailed 2D and 3D drawings, support production, and ensure documentation aligns with AS9100 standards.
You will collaborate with design engineers, maintain revisions, and manage BOMs within a controlled environment. The role requires 3+ years drafting experience and proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $25 - 35/hr

While the primary focus is recreational and commercial marine products, the position operates within an AS9100-certified engineering and quality management environment, requiring disciplined documentation practices, configuration control, and adherence to structured engineering processes. This role is well suited for a detail-oriented drafting professional who enjoys working closely with engineering, quality and manufacturing teams in a hands-on production environment.
