Job summary

Ascensus in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Client Service Representative to process financial transactions for 529 college savings plans in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires following documented procedures, maintaining quality, and supporting multiple partners. Overtime may be required and shift is 1:00pm - 9:30pm.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1–2 years in a professional setting is preferred; Series 6/63 are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Detail oriented, PC/keyboard proficient, multitasking, and able to work under pressure.
• Prior financial services experience.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a diverse range of financial and non-financial transactions including new account set up, contributions, disbursements, and transfers.
• Maintain productivity, timeliness and quality standards.
• Provide input into new department policies and procedures.
• Assist or mentor junior staff during busy periods.
• Protect confidential data and adhere to security policies.
