Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. is seeking a Client Service Associate in Atlanta, GA to deliver extraordinary client service as part of a dedicated client service team.

The role focuses on account administration, money movement, and ongoing account maintenance with custodians, while coordinating with outside advisors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of gifting and transfers.

Formación

• College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prepare required account documentation based on client needs and registration.
• Process money movements with custodians, including wires, transfers and checks.
• Maintain accounts with custodians, including title changes and beneficiary updates.
• Manage gifting requests to individuals, trusts and charities with custodians.
• Contact outside advisors, custodians and others for assistance.
