SCS Financial is seeking an Associate to join the Client Service Solutions team in Atlanta. You will support client relationships, maintain client data, handle cashiering and money movements, and facilitate firmwide support functions.

The role interfaces with many teams, demanding organization, energy, and clear communication. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, a self‑starter, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a finance operations mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of experience in an operations role within the financial services industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proactive and solutions oriented; willingness to take initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial services technology and CRM/client reporting tools.
• Experience managing processes and reviewing colleagues’ work.

Responsibilities

• Daily Cashiering: process and reconcile money movements on behalf of clients with internal policies.
• Interface with external custodian banks in opening accounts and asset transfers.
• Lead account opening and onboarding project plans with stakeholders.
• Maintain existing client information in the firm’s database.
• Support alternative investment processing for clients.
• Work with middle office teams to keep client portfolio data accurate.
• Assist with ad hoc information or report requests from advisors.
• Participate in firmwide projects to improve client experience and workflows.
