Calander Wealth in McKinney, TX is seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist to join a fast-paced advisory practice. The role focuses on delivering high-level client service, supporting relationship management, and coordinating firm operations while growing within the firm.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial services client service or operations, familiarity with wealth management workflows, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services client service or operations.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management workflows and client lifecycle.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Ameriprise preferred).
  • FINRA licenses (Series 7 and/or 66 strongly preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience within a financial advisory or wealth management practice.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools (MoneyGuide).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs
  • Deliver a high-touch, responsive client experience
  • Build trust with clients through professionalism and follow-through
  • Process account opening, maintenance, and service requests
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to resolve client needs
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all client transactions
  • Prepare client meeting materials and documentation
  • Manage follow-ups and ensure completion of action items
  • Support advisors with pre- and post-meeting workflows
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems
  • Assist with financial planning documentation and processes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs

Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services client service or operations
  • Strong understanding of wealth management workflows and client lifecycle
  • Experience working within CRM systems (Salesforce/Ameriprise preferred)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $63,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience) – exempt

    • $300/month employer contribution toward medical coverage (when enrolled in company plan)
