Qualifications

• Series 65 certification (or equivalent) within 6 months
• 3+ years of client service experience in financial services
• Strong discretion and integrity with confidential information
• Proven ability to manage multiple client service functions with strong organization and PM skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-touch client service
• Experience mentoring/coaching team members to enhance performance
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with focus on continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Tamarac Reporting System and Fidelity/Schwab platforms is a plus
