• Notify clients of STATs and critical values in accordance with guidelines.
• Track and monitor send-out tests; escalate issues when necessary; collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely service and accurate results.
• Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and professional communication at all times.

Location: Aiea Heights, Honolulu, Hi

Status: Full-Time

Days/Hours: TBD

Base hourly pay rate: $24.76 - $27.24

In this role, you will:

• Provide immediate responses to client and customer questions
• Perform laboratory assistant duties including specimen processing, add-ons, and send-outs

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• Laboratory Assistant (LAS or LA) experience
• Previous customer service experience
• 1–2 years working in a clinical laboratory environment
