Summit Veterinary Referral Center in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a Client Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact, greet clients, check them in, discuss fees and payment options, and collect deposits and payments.

The role supports a busy hospital with a friendly, professional service. This full-time position offers hourly pay between $18.00 and $23.00 plus night differential, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to contribute to a collaborative team delivering

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or veterinary setting preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately manage and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.

Schedule: Client Services operates 7 days a week; seeking someone with flexible availability. Anticipated schedule options: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 6am–6pm or Overnight 6pm–6am. Apply to learn more!

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and checking them in to the hospital. You will be responsible for assisting clients, discussing fees and payment options, answering questions about emergency cases that may need to be seen, and collecting deposits and payments.
