Ethos Veterinary Health in San Antonio seeks an Overnight Client Service Representative to provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced emergency and specialty setting. You will answer calls, greet clients, schedule exams, update patient records, and process payments with empathy.
The role requires at least two years in veterinary/medical environments, excellent communication, multitasking ability, and fluent English. Overnight shifts include a $3 differential and comprehensive benefits.

The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional client service while supporting our emergency, critical care, and specialty departments. As a Client Service Representative, you will answer phones, schedule appointments, greet clients, maintain patient records, process payments, and communicate important information between clients, referring veterinarians, and our medical teams. You will create a warm and welcoming impression while remaining professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment. You will understand and communicate our services and recommendations clearly and confidently. You will remain compassionate and empathetic, especially during emotional or emergency situations.
