We are hiring a Client Services Representative to support our Client Services team within regulatory communications. Your responsibilities will include handling daily administrative operations, engaging with clients as needed, and supporting regulatory distributions. This role requires a highly organized, dynamic, and customer-focused individual.

This is a temporary contract position lasting approximately 5-6 months. It is a remote role with limited travel, primarily for team learning and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and update daily reports
  2. Manage SLA reviews (daily/monthly)
  3. Respond to email and phone inquiries from clients
  4. Collaborate with internal teams as needed
  5. Support regulatory distributions
  6. Manage print requests (internal/external)
  7. Update internal reports and trackers
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 2-4 years of client services administration experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time

The pay range is $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education.
