Job summary

Helping Hands Affordable Veterinary Surgery & Dental Care in Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time, in-person Client Service Rep (CSR) to be the friendly face and reliable support for a high-volume surgical and dental clinic.

You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, answer phones, discuss surgeries and anesthesia risks, handle payments and client records, and assist with intakes, discharges, and light duties. Veterinary/medical experience helps, but we’ll train the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but training is provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, schedule appointments, answer phones.
• Discuss surgeries and anesthesia risks; training will be provided.
• Handle payments and maintain client records.
• Update charts and run basic bloodwork as needed.
• Assist with intakes, discharges, laundry, cleaning, and animal restraint when required.

Description

We’re Helping Hands Affordable Veterinary Surgery & Dental Care — a high-volume surgical + dental clinic (no general practice medicine). We help pets get the care they need at an affordable cost, and we need a full-time, in-person Client Service Rep (CSR) to be the friendly face + reliable support that keeps our team moving.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients, schedule appts, answer phones


• Talk through surgeries + anesthetic risks (we’ll train you)


• Handle payments + client records


• Run bloodwork + update charts


• Help with intakes, discharges, laundry, cleaning, and even animal restraint when needed
