Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Client Portfolio Managers to provide top‑notch service and solutions to clients.
• Act as the go‑to person for an assigned group of institutional clients, helping to manage their investment portfolios and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
• Build and implement client strategies alongside senior team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring their requests are met efficiently.
• Create tailored presentations for client meetings, focusing on strategy, market trends, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for clients and achieve their investment goals.
• Support high‑level strategic, retention, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4‑year degree in Finance, Math or Business‑related field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant experience; candidates with more extensive experience open for consideration and the position will be tailored accordingly.
• Experience and familiarity with Asset Management, investments and institutional client base is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain SIE, Series7, and 63 licenses post‑hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
