Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. You will greet clients and their pets, answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle payments while presenting fees clearly and accurately.

In this role you will manage medical records and communications, ensure a clean and orderly hospital environment, and assist with routine administrative duties to support clinicians and staff. Competitive benefits are offered.

Client Service Representative We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.

Why We Need You

• Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.

Pay: $17 - $18 per hour depending on references and experience.
