Position at Andover Animal Hospital
Client Service Representative (CSR)
Andover Animal Hospital – Andover, MA
Pay range: $18-24 DOE
If you’ve ever been called the “organizer of chaos” (and meant it as a compliment), you might just be our next CSR. At Andover Animal Hospital, our client service team is the welcoming committee, the calm voice on the phone, and the the steady presence that keeps our bustling practice running smoothly.
We’ve been part of the Andover community since 1958, caring for pets and their people with genuine compassion and a commitment to excellence. Our clients are dedicated, our team is tight-knit, and our hospital culture is as supportive as it gets. (Think: coworkers who actually help when you’re swamped, and a management team that truly listens.)
We’re looking for a part-time or full-time Client Service Representative who loves connecting with people, isn’t thrown off by a barking chorus now and then, and finds satisfaction in making each visit a great experience from start to finish.
Pay range: $18–24/hour, depending on experience
At Andover Animal Hospital, you’ll find a workplace that values kindness, teamwork, and growth. Many of our team members have been with us for years — a testament to how much we care for each other, not just our patients.
If you’re ready to join a place where you’ll be appreciated for all the little (and big) things you do, we’d love to meet you.
