Life At It's Just Lunch

Currently, we are hiring for this position as a remote opportunity to work in Pacific time zone hours. There are employee contests with great prizes and we offer many opportunities to receive bonuses. We work Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm PST - no late nights, travel or weekends required. The compensation package consists of a base salary plus monthly bonuses, ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, etc). Opportunity Overview

From your first call, you'll start changing lives! Your responsibilities include scheduling and confirming dates, coordinating interviews and coaching sessions, gathering feedback, and creatively enhancing client profiles to improve their experience. We provide a comprehensive training program to prepare you for this role.

Work From Home Requirements

You will need a home office with internet meeting bandwidth requirements, a quiet environment, good lighting, and privacy for video meetings. The company provides a laptop; you are responsible for home office expenses.

Ideal Candidate

Successful candidates are passionate about helping others find meaningful relationships, possess excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, and have at least two years of customer service or sales experience with upscale clientele. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and attentive to detail are essential qualities.
