Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, including an active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting security criteria, or willingness to obtain one.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, across three or more days.

What You Will Do

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing advice, full-service return preparation, and managing inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role utilizing state-of-the-art video communication software, with documentation of interactions to maintain accurate records.
