Position Overview

The Client Service Associate acts as a liaison between Private Bankers and their clients, serving as the primary contact for client needs, banking services, and support for Private Bankers' duties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Private Bankers with Salentica (CRM) & Credit Track management, pipeline reporting, and report generation.
  2. Prepare Pitch Books and market research materials, including peer analysis and RFPs.
  3. Coordinate client meetings, including pre-loan closings and account openings.
  4. Deliver excellent client service, assist with relationship management, and coordinate product delivery.
  5. Identify cross-sale opportunities and follow up with relevant departments.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
  7. Assist in training Client Service Officers.
  8. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years in customer service within banking or financial services, preferably with affluent clients.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce/Salentica.
  • Knowledge of KYC protocols and onboarding workflows.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize independently.
Desired Skills
  • Availability to attend special events as a Bank representative.
  • Experience with Silverlake or Xperience systems.
