The role involves acting as a liaison between Private Bankers and clients, assisting with financial needs, and supporting Private Bankers with their duties.


Position Responsibilities


  • Support Private Bankers with Salentica (CRM) & Credit Track: management, maintenance, pipeline reporting, and report generation.
  • Prepare Pitch Books for Private Bankers.
  • Research industries, analyze company backgrounds, values, strategic priorities, and prepare peer analyses.
  • Prepare term sheets, market research materials, and RFPs.
  • Contact clients pre-loan closings and attend closings to assist with opening depository accounts.
  • Provide excellent client service, coordinate service delivery, and resolve issues.
  • Identify cross-sale opportunities and coordinate follow-up with relevant departments.
  • Communicate with clients, prospects, referral sources, and internal teams.
  • Assist in training Client Service Officers.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years' experience in customer service within banking or financial services, preferably with affluent clients.
  • Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Salentica.
  • Experience with KYC protocols and onboarding workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to learn bank systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize independently.

  • Availability to attend special events as a bank representative.
  • Experience with Silverlake or Xperience systems.
