Program Details

Please note: The Achieve Program begins in July 2025. This 18-month structured program is designed for recent graduates, career changers, and those eager to develop in insurance brokering and risk management. All training hours are paid, and the role is full-time with a hybrid schedule, combining in-office and remote work based on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients through cross-functional collaboration.
• Create documents, certificates, and reports using innovative systems.
• Support business growth by managing new applications and maintaining client relationships.
• Assist in marketing efforts by preparing high-quality RFP responses.
• Research and resolve routine issues, escalating as necessary.

Participants will also engage in seminars and work towards obtaining industry licenses and designations.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong technological skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL (expenses covered)
• Successful completion of Property & Casualty license exam within 90 days of start

Nice-to-Haves:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Previous internship or work experience
• Interest in insurance brokering and risk management
