This is an 18-month structured learning and development program designed for upcoming and recent college graduates, as well as career changers. It aims to equip you with skills and knowledge in insurance brokering and risk management. All training hours are paid. The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to provide exceptional service to clients
• Support workflow by creating documents, certificates, and reports
• Handle new business applications and foster client relationships
• Assist in marketing efforts with RFP responses
• Research and resolve routine issues

You will also participate in seminars to expand industry knowledge and work toward licensing and certifications.

About You - Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong technological skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel once during the program (expenses covered)
• Successfully pass Property & Casualty license exam within 90 days of start
