The ideal candidate will manage new account paperwork, serve as the primary contact for client service requests, and coordinate distributions and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Manage new account paperwork for new and existing clients
• Primary contact for client service requests including gifting securities, transferring assets, initiating distributions and moving funds to others
• Review all retirement accounts and coordinate action to ensure minimum required distributions have been achieved and clients are in compliance
• Review all accounts to identify cash balances, then work with others to make sure excess balances are invested
• Coordinate a wide variety of projects associated with the growth of this firm and play an integral part within this hardworking, collaborative team

Role Overview

Dynamic wealth management firm in Lincoln is adding a Client Service Manager due to growth. Report to the Manager of Operations with a lot of interaction and teamwork with the President, Director of Operations, and Vice President of investments. In this small firm, you will be empowered to make decisions and solve problems while creating systems that improve efficiency.
