WATCHGUARD 24/7 is a leading security guard company with our corporate office in Queens, NY. We are seeking a candidate with managerial experience for the position of Client Service Manager. This role involves daily management of security operations and enhancing client relationships. The CSM will lead security staff providing services at specific sites within the five boroughs of New York City.
Candidates must be registered as security guards with the NYS Division of Licensing and possess a NYS driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean abstract. Prior security supervisor experience is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle people professionally, and maintain composure. Politeness, courtesy, and professionalism are mandatory.
