Responsibilities
  • Create and implement business processes to improve efficiency and consistency across offices
  • Lead a team of 4 direct reports and provide dotted-line support to 15+ team members
  • Respond quickly and effectively to client or advisor issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Generate and analyze business metrics using Salesforce to support decision-making
  • Serve as the regional Salesforce administrator and trainer, helping teams use the platform effectively
  • Manage business configurations and support special projects as needed
  • Meet regularly with Advisors, Managing Partners, and Team Leads to understand needs and drive improvements
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 5–7 years of professional experience
  • 3–5 years of experience managing teams
  • Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite, and portfolio accounting software (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • A customer service mindset and a collaborative, team-first attitude
  • Willingness to travel quarterly to OH, IN, and Western PA
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization.
