  • Advanced capability of wealth, investment, and financial planning processes.
  • Prepare and make recommendations for client financial plans and investments and portfolio allocations.
  • Assist in preparation for client meetings, document discussions, and drive client follow-up.
  • Mentoring others and providing oversight of work.
  • Primary role as secondary advisor.
  • Progress to greater independence related to client execution items and client relationship management.
  • Understand client contracts, fee schedules and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain solid relationships with COI peers; support client team revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Support Wealth Advisor in delivering exceptional services to clients, with the potential to lead less complex client relationships.

  • Business process - understanding of client contracts, fee schedules and the onboarding process

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-6 years’ experience

  • CFP or CFA required

  • Advanced knowledge of financial planning concepts and processes

  • Experience with the following technology: Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite, Planning Software

Physical Requirements
  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
