Job summary

Corient Services LLC is seeking a skilled Client Services/Wealth Management support professional in Fort Lauderdale to act as the central contact for client requests. You will coordinate with clients, advisors, and support teams to execute tasks, address needs, and manage documentation efficiently.

The candidate will input data into Salesforce, generate reports, and assist with prospecting. A 5+ year customer service background and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as central point of contact for ingesting client requests.
  • Coordinate between client, advisor, and support teams to execute and track client requests.
  • Take prompt effective action to address client needs.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and action-oriented approach to handling challenging client requests.
  • Support/data input for client prospecting.
  • Schedule meetings between advisory team and clients.
  • Input client and advisor requests into Salesforce and track completion.
  • Retrieve and distribute client statements, tax documents, or other reports.
  • Generate portfolio reports.
  • Communicate with clients daily addressing their day-to-day needs professionally.
  • Complete required paperwork.
  • Open accounts for existing clients.
  • Understand firm's wealth management process.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite (competency or ability to learn quickly)
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and request
  • Must be a goal-oriented team player with a ‘no job is beneath me’ attitude

Physical Requirements

This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill.

Corient will require proof of work authorization.
