Job summary

CCIG is seeking a Client Service Team Leader – Diversified in Englewood, CO to lead a specialized vertical within our insurance practice. You will drive client retention, own a defined book of business, and develop a high-performing team.

This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer, requires an active insurance license, and offers a hybrid schedule, equity program, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven track record managing a book of business within a specialized vertical.
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, team development and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to meet goals.
• Host and facilitate L10 meetings, ensuring alignment with EOS principles.
• Own and manage a defined book of business, ensuring high-level service and retention.
• Act as a senior advisor on complex client issues and escalations.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Identify and resolve service delivery issues and implement workflows.
