Holmes Murphy in Cedar Rapids, IA is offering a Client Service Internship for Summer 2027. This 10-week, on-site program gives interns hands-on exposure to brokerage services and client retention through workshops and real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or pursuing enrollment at a 4-year college or university.
• Majors include Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and related fields.
• Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in customer service or admin support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing existing client relationships
• Support day-to-day service needs for clients
• Help ensure clients receive timely and accurate information
• Support sales and services teams with marketing and presentations
• Attend client meetings and assist in sales process follow-through
• Other duties as assigned
