Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee a team of Client Service Associates while continuing to serve a cohort of clients directly. The role requires in-office presence at least two days per week to supervise the team and collaborate with managers and client-facing staff.

Qualifications

• Back-office operations or executive/administrative experience, including in financial planning and/or securities.
• High-touch, direct client experience is essential.
• Understanding of the fee-only fiduciary value proposition.
• Supervisory experience managing teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a CSA for assigned clients.
• Lead a team of Client Service professionals and optimize operations.
• Provide direction on goals, career development, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate to improve CSA processes and training materials.
• Engage with leaders to promote teamwork and resolve conflicts.
