Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks a Client Service Associate to support advisor teams and clients through onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing communications. This role builds foundational technical knowledge and strong client-service skills.

The CSA will handle onboarding, custodial inquiries, asset movements, and coordination with custodians, under guidance from senior staff, in a role based in New York with a competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in financial services.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems and custodial platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process account onboarding, including advisory agreements.
• Manage custodial inquiries and account maintenance.
• Handle asset movement requests (checks, wires, ACH, journals).
• Support retirement account rollovers and asset reconciliation.
• Coordinate offboarding and client notifications.
• Provide proactive communication with clients and advisor teams.
